We were contacted last summer with regards to designing a branding campaign for the Interim CEO of Horizon Health, Margaret Melanson. The organization was going through its critical restructuring phase due to a growing healthcare crisis on a number of levels, both internal and external.
When Melanson assumed the role, she identified a number of critical initiatives and wanted a cohesive way to broadcast her message, both to a wary public and exhausted staff.
This action plan involved designing an overall look and feel for the campaign, an icon set specific to key pain points and a set of headshots of Margaret at the Saint John Regional Hospital.
This opportunity came to us rather quickly and they needed somebody that could facilitate the work on a very tight deadline. Lucky for all parties involved we were up for the challenge.
They needed something that stood out, but still worked within the Horizon brand framework and within a few days we were able to present a first round of concepts to consider.
We were fortunate that one of our concepts and a few other elements were a hit and we were able to work diligently to blend everything together into a final brand package. From there, their internal designers would continue to work from this new framework for any initiative-driven deliverables.
