1. Cancellation Period:
- Cancellations made up to 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the course start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
3. Course Transfers:
- If you need to reschedule, we offer the option to transfer your registration to a future course date, subject to availability. This transfer can be made at no additional cost if requested at least 7 days before the original course start date.
4. No-Show Policy:
- Participants who do not attend the course without prior cancellation or rescheduling will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
5. Course Cancellation:
- In the unlikely event that we must cancel an evening of the course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule the affected evening to a later date. Participants will be notified of the new date and are encouraged to attend the rescheduled evening. If unable to attend, participants can request a refund or transfer to another course date.
